Why isn’t there a vitamin with 100% daily value? Especially prenatal.

Many of the foods we eat in our daily lives contain or are fortified with vitamins. Research shows that in many cases we are going over the RDA, and this could be harmful. By not supplying 100% of some vitamins, we leave room for the other vitamins you are likely consuming during your day.

Please keep in mind that the RDA percentages are the weight of the ingredient, not the amount of the vitamin you are absorbing. In our case, all our vitamins and minerals are derived from whole foods and are much better absorbed than any single isolate chemical vitamin.

Do Nature’s Dynamics products contain trans fat?
